Awakenings
Awakenings shows an ensemble of installations involving two diametrically opposed material in terms of density. The volatility of the image is taken away and wedged in heavy matters. Marble pieces and plexiglas slab meet images printed on a very thin fabric (cotton veil) on the floor and bring us back to the material reality, questioning the status of the image.
